TIM meets talent

Throughout the day, in addition to meeting national and international companies, you will be able to attend presentations by representatives from some of the participating companies on leadership, green business, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

The event will feature 100 companies, including TIM, active in 16 different sectors, such as fashion, human resources, consulting, tourism, events, art and culture, media, banking and finance, telecommunications, energy, and IT.

This year, TIM is once again among the companies participating in the Career Day at the University of La Sapienza in Rome, dedicated to the university's STEM faculties (Faculty of Information Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences).

Throughout the day, we will be happy to meet young talents at our stand in Piazzale Aldo Moro 5, Aula T1. Additionally, from 14:45 to 15:30, we will hold a presentation about the company in the Aula Organi Collegiali of the Rectorate.

We will tell you about our values, career paths, and all the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities that set us apart. Thanks to the participation of three young female STEM colleagues, we will take a journey into TIM's technology and innovation.

A new opportunity to meet brilliant young people from Engineering, Architecture, Design, and Planning programs who are studying or have graduated from the Polytechnic University of Turin.

TIM will be present at the university's career day with a stand on May 22nd from 09:30 to 18:00. You can participate in orientation meetings, receive advice, and submit applications. By registering at this link, you will have access to the event and can download a QR code to share your digital CV.

TIM participates in the VIII edition of the Career Fair to meet students and graduates of the Polytechnic of Bari. It will be an opportunity to talk together about work and to discuss future opportunities and prospects. The 2024 edition includes a virtual appointment on May 7th, and an in-person meeting on May 15th, at the "Cherubini" Covered Atrium of the Polytechnic of Bari, University Campus of Via Orabona 4.

Once again this year, TIM is participating in Luiss Career Day, exclusive to Jurisprudence students in their fourth and fifth years, master's students in their first and second years across all fields of study, participants of master's programs at the Schools, and graduates from 2022, 2023, and 2024. This is an opportunity for young talents to engage in discussions and networking. Visit our desk from 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Viale Romania Campus, where you can not only meet us but also receive valuable career advice.

TIM is among the companies participating in the Career Day at the Università degli Studi Internazionali di Roma, an in-person event on April 16 starting at 10:00 AM, where students and graduates of the Economics faculty, can come meet us and submit their applications. We will be happy to meet individuals interested in internship opportunities in the HR, Analysis and Control, National Institutional Affairs, and Financial Reporting areas. From 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, we will conduct interviews by appointment, while from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, we will meet with everyone else. The TIM Group is participating in "Lavoro Chiama Italia Virtual," a new event dedicated to the meeting between companies and talents seeking employment or internships. This year too the event is dedicated to profiles with STEM or economic backgrounds. TIM will attend the Career Day held at the Federico II University of Naples on Thursday 15 February 2024.

The event is part of the University's 800th anniversary celebrations.

TIM will be present with its Recruiters and two former students from the Federico II University, who will talk about their work experience at TIM.

To mark the occasion, TIM is also promoting the fourth edition of the 5G Academy Post Graduate, the free specialization course created by TIM together with the Federico II University and Nokia.

The initiatives of the 2023 edition of TEDxSapienzaU - Back to Zero continue: after the TEDx day on 15 November, it is time for the hands-on workshops for students.
