TIM meets talent

For all people studying or graduated at Politecnico di Milano, the employer branding and recruting appointment entirely addressed to technical profiles is back.  TIM, protagonist of digital innovation and technological transformation in Italy, will be present to meet young talents and share with them the challenges of the future we are facing. 

From 9.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. on 15 May, TIM recruiting professionals will be waiting for you at our stand at the Bovisa campus in via Lambruschini 4. It will be an opportunity to get to know you and to network. This year the organisation has provided an App where you can find all the useful information, download it on App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android) and sign up here.

TIM Enterprise, our business unit dedicated to the digital transformation of Companies and Public Administration, is Premium Sponsor of AI Week, the biggest event in Europe on Artificial Intelligence, scheduled in Milan, Fiera Rho. 

We will be present with speeches, workshops and demos on all the main applications and future scenarios of AI. In addition, from 17:30 to 19:00 students will be able to enter free of charge and participate in the ‘Job Hour’ sessions hosted at our stand to make themselves known, bring their CVs, explore which profiles are the most interesting for us and get closer to the world of work.

TIM participates on 13 May 2025 in the University-Work Forum organised by A.L.I.T.U.R., now in its 32nd edition and recognised as one of the largest and most authoritative Career Days in central Italy. The event will take place at the didactic building of the Macroarea of Engineering at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. 

It will be a unique opportunity for those still studying and for those who are already graduated to meet TIM professionals, discover career opportunities and live a direct experience with the world of work.

TIM participates again this year in Career Day LUISS, the recruiting and career guidance event to be held on 7 May at the Viale Romania Campus in Rome from 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The event is dedicated to people who are still studying, recent graduates or already in the world of work, interested in pursuing a career in the Corporate, Economics & Finance, Legal, Consulting, Lobbying & Public Affairs sectors. It will be possible to meet our recruiters, have one-to-one interviews and network.

The event is reserved for students in the 4th and 5th year of Law, 1st and 2nd year of all courses of study, masters of the Schools, and graduates 2023, 2024 and 2025.

An appointment dedicated to the STEM world (Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics) in which we will meet both graduates and students. The career day is organised with the Faculties of Civil Industrial Engineering, Information Engineering, Informatics and Statistics of Sapienza University of Rome. We will tell which are the STEM roles and paths within our reality and which our working style. We would like to meet talents ready to build together with us the digitisation of the country using the most advanced technologies.

We meet at the Cloister of San Pietro in Vincoli -Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering of Sapienza University of Rome.

TIM returns to the Rome Business School Career Fair, the in-person event at Spazio Novecento in Rome. 

From 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 7 March 2025, we will be ready to welcome students in our Company Booth to tell them about our business reality but above all to get in touch with young talents eager to take part with us in the path of innovation and digitalisation of Italy. TIM is taking part this year in the Luiss Brussels Career Day, an important opportunity for students to meet the world of work, with a strong European perspective. Our colleagues from the Brussels office will meet the community of Luiss graduates for one-to-one interviews in which they will tell about our working reality, our paths, and at the same time discover young talents.

TIM is among the companies attending the Virtual Job Meeting STEM GIRLS on 11 December. This is the largest job orientation and meeting with companies event dedicated to female students and graduates in STEM subjects (Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics).
