TIM is among the companies attending the Virtual Job Meeting STEM GIRLS on 11 December. This is the largest job orientation and meeting with companies event dedicated to female students and graduates in STEM subjects (Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics). TIM is taking part in the career day organised by AlmaLaurea with online interviews on 28 and 29 November. We are eager to meet bright female students or graduates from Engineering and Computer Science courses.

TIM is taking part in 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 dedicated to undergraduates and graduates, students in 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮, 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗮 and 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲. We are at the fair in Padua, Hall 15 starting at 10 a.m. and we will be glad to tell the people who will come about the career paths within the company and which profiles are the most interesting for us. We are waiting for young talents who are eager to meet us and make themselves known. Prepare your CV and come and see us.

Wednesday, October 30, we are at Job Meeting Milano, sponsored by the Municipality of Milan. In our space, students, but also recent graduates from any course of study who live in Lombardy, will be able to come and meet us, discover which are the most required figures within the TIM Group, the career paths, our values, the skills that are most interesting for us.

Some selected female master's students, undergraduates and PhD students in Engineering - specializations in Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI and IOT of the Polytechnic University of Turin will have the opportunity to participate in the Open Day organized by TIM in the Customer Innovation Center at the Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Turin.

Together with the recruiting team and other TIM managers, they will be able to discover what opportunities the company offers and what values ​​guide it, first and foremost the attention to the gender gap. During the Open Day, they will also be able to experience first-hand the best innovative solutions for the digitalization of Italy.

In fact, TIM leads the digital transition to help accelerate the sustainable growth of the economy and society by bringing value and well-being to people, companies and institutions, through the contribution of everyone. In particular, for companies and the Public Administration, TIM Enterprise makes available its experience and its solutions based on the Cloud, IoT and Cybersecurity which, together with 5G and AI, are at the heart of the digitalization process.

This year too, TIM is at the Career Day of the University of Tor Vergata “Campus&Leaders&Talents”.

Students, graduates and postgraduates can meet us in person, book an interview and discover the job and internship opportunities reserved for them.

Throughout the day, in addition to meeting national and international companies, you will be able to attend presentations by representatives from some of the participating companies on leadership, green business, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

The event will feature 100 companies, including TIM, active in 16 different sectors, such as fashion, human resources, consulting, tourism, events, art and culture, media, banking and finance, telecommunications, energy, and IT.

This year, TIM is once again among the companies participating in the Career Day at the University of La Sapienza in Rome, dedicated to the university's STEM faculties (Faculty of Information Engineering, Computer Science and Statistics, Faculty of Architecture, Faculty of Civil and Industrial Engineering, Faculty of Mathematical, Physical and Natural Sciences).

Throughout the day, we will be happy to meet young talents at our stand in Piazzale Aldo Moro 5, Aula T1. Additionally, from 14:45 to 15:30, we will hold a presentation about the company in the Aula Organi Collegiali of the Rectorate.

We will tell you about our values, career paths, and all the Diversity, Equity & Inclusion activities that set us apart. Thanks to the participation of three young female STEM colleagues, we will take a journey into TIM's technology and innovation.
