TIM meets talent

On 19 March TIM will be at Sapienza Career Days to meet students, graduates and students from all faculties of the university. At our stand, located in the square in front of the Minerva, we will be happy to meet young talents to give them advice, tell them about our reality and our paths, collect applications and hold interviews.

TIM returns to the Rome Business School Career Fair, the in-person event at Spazio Novecento in Rome. 

From 9.30 a.m. to 6 p.m. on 7 March 2025, we will be ready to welcome students in our Company Booth to tell them about our business reality but above all to get in touch with young talents eager to take part with us in the path of innovation and digitalisation of Italy. TIM is taking part this year in the Luiss Brussels Career Day, an important opportunity for students to meet the world of work, with a strong European perspective. Our colleagues from the Brussels office will meet the community of Luiss graduates for one-to-one interviews in which they will tell about our working reality, our paths, and at the same time discover young talents.

TIM is among the companies attending the Virtual Job Meeting STEM GIRLS on 11 December. This is the largest job orientation and meeting with companies event dedicated to female students and graduates in STEM subjects (Science, Technologies, Engineering and Mathematics). TIM is taking part in 𝗖𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗿 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝗜𝗘𝗦 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 dedicated to undergraduates and graduates, students in 𝗜𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗴𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮, 𝗘𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝗶𝗮 and 𝗦𝗰𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗲. We are at the fair in Padua, Hall 15 starting at 10 a.m. and we will be glad to tell the people who will come about the career paths within the company and which profiles are the most interesting for us. Wednesday, October 30, we are at Job Meeting Milano, sponsored by the Municipality of Milan. In our space, students, but also recent graduates from any course of study who live in Lombardy, will be able to come and meet us, discover which are the most required figures within the TIM Group, the career paths, our values, the skills that are most interesting for us.

Some selected female master's students, undergraduates and PhD students in Engineering - specializations in Telecommunications, Cybersecurity, Cloud, AI and IOT of the Polytechnic University of Turin will have the opportunity to participate in the Open Day organized by TIM in the Customer Innovation Center at the Officine Grandi Riparazioni in Turin.

Together with the recruiting team and other TIM managers, they will be able to discover what opportunities the company offers and what values ​​guide it, first and foremost the attention to the gender gap. During the Open Day, they will also be able to experience first-hand the best innovative solutions for the digitalization of Italy.
