TIM CEO Flavio Cattaneo met the General Secretariats of SLC-CGIL, FISTEL-CISL, UILCOM-UIL and UGL Telecomunicazioni today.
During the meeting, the CEO illustrated the main points of the Business Plan 2017/2019 approved by the Board of Directors, focusing on the development strategies and commercial policies and confirming in particular the objective of continuing with the significant transformation and efficiency improvement of the Company.
As is known, the plan aims to promote TIM as a benchmark for the market in terms of Fixed and Mobile service quality through policies based on content, convergence, ICT services, innovation and a close relationship with the customer.
At the same time, the Company announced that, in view of the results achieved in 2016, it will include a one-off bonus for employees with their next pay packet for the month of April.
