Alessandra Michelini, TIM's Chief Transformation Officer, joined the Board of Directors of the company's Brazilian subsidiary, TIM Brasil. This is another achievement we are proud of.
The regulations for listed companies in Brazil require at least one woman and one member of an under-represented community on the Board of Directors. There are currently three women within Tim Brasil's Board of Directors, with a gender representation of around 30%, far more than the quota required by law. We believe in making more and more women participate in decision-making processes, as this brings an added value, and we do not want to waste talent and skills.
Alessandra Michelini - who is also leading TIM's business transformation path, through the implementation of new actions and the revision of processes to accelerate the core business' evolution - was recently nominated as one of the InspiringFifty Italia 2024: women who, with their work and passion, contribute to breaking down small pieces of the wall and to achieve gender equality, for us and for future generations.
Our congratulations and best wishes for a successful work go to Alessandra.
