After TIM, Olivetti, the Group's benefit company operating under TIM Enterprise, also obtained the gender equality certification.
The UNI/PdR 125:2022 certification, issued by the multinational RINA, is linked to the evaluation of the guidelines and related performance indicators (KPIs) adopted to bridge existing gaps and set the necessary activities to give continuity and stability to this path towards achieving gender equality in the company.
Just like TIM, Olivetti considers it essential to develop the potential of each person, valuing diversity and skills in order to generate a positive impact on both company performance and the work environment, in line with the Olivetti model based on 'human centrality' and thanks to a governance system attentive to these issues.
The company has undertaken several training initiatives dedicated to all people and top management to foster greater awareness of gender issues, and it shares the same equity policies as TIM in the process of selecting and developing resources, just as it shares the same goals of zeroing the gender pay gap.
This recognition is a further step in the journey started by TIM, #LaParitàNonPuòAspettare, to affirm gender equality. A path made up of activities for their own people, but also of activities for all and sundry, such as the Women Plus app and the TIM "Punti Viola", together with awareness-raising activities through communication campaigns. Because the goal is challenging and, together, it can be achieved more easily.
