This is why we have chosen to join “Includere per Crescere”, the project promoted by the ELIS Consortium that helps those who, despite having skills and talent, find themselves on the margins of the world of work. This year the programme, with the support of TIM, is dedicated to mothers who have interrupted their careers or accepted fallback jobs to reconcile work and family.
Inclusion is not only a value, but a lever of growth for everyone: supporting mothers' re-entry into the world of work means enhancing valuable skills and generating a positive impact on the economy and society.
What does the programme offer?
- 40 hours of online Career Coaching in 2 weeks, to hone professional and personal skills.
- Sessions dedicated to digital skills, increasingly in demand in the world of work.
- Meetings with companies and recruiters to explore new employment opportunities.
Through this path, participants will be able to rediscover and enhance their skills, even those developed outside of the professional environment, prepare for new professional challenges and have a direct access door to the world of work.
