Full Year 2006 Financial Results

On Thursday, March 8, 2007 the Telecom Italia Board of Directors, chaired by Guido Rossi, analyzed and approved the Group and Parent company’s FY 2006 accounts.

In line with the new organizational structure introduced on January 22, Telecom Italia Group has adopted a new way of reporting by business (Domestic, European Broadband, Brazilian Mobile, Media, Olivetti, Other Activities), coherent with the indications provided during the Annual Meeting with the Financial Community, last March 9, 2007.

The following tables provide a reconciliation between the "old" and "new" disclosure by business for 2006 annual and interim results (1Q06, 1H06, 9M06 and 2006).
