Today, like every 25 November, is the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women and the TIM Group is celebrating it as part of 4 Weeks 4 Inclusion, which this year sees the involvement of over 300 partners.
In fact, the entire day will be dedicated to themed events, both with regard to violence against women, and more generally to the gender gap and female inclusion.
Opening the day was the event organised by Il Sole 24 Ore, one of the partners, 'Non sei sola-Numeri e storie della violenza contro le donne in Italia' (You are not alone-Numbers and stories of violence against women in Italy), followed by other interesting talking points and in-depth analysis on these issues with Intesa San Paolo, FS, Poste, ATM and ValoreD.
To read the schedule of events and follow them, the platform dedicated to the project is available at www.4w4i.it.
TIM's commitment to these issues goes beyond the 25 November celebrations and is renewed every day through concrete actions with projects and tools that protect all the Group's women, such as the "TIM against gender and sexual harassment and bullying" to manage and overcome any hostile behaviour perceived in the workplace, alongside training and awareness-raising activities aimed at the entire corporate population.
More generally, through the Women's Project, TIM adopts initiatives aimed at ensuring an inclusive working environment, initiatives that are often recognised as best practice internationally. In the last few days, the TIM Group has entered the Forbes ranking of the World's Top Female Friendly Companies 2022.
