The ongoing process of innovation and digital transformation also affects various aspects of work, starting with new organisational models and therefore new professional roles.
TIM's collaboration with Roma Tre University and Randstad Italia has led to the creation of the HR Empowerment Academy, a refresher course dedicated to the digital and technological management of the organisation and its human resources.
The course provides the tools and knowledge to meet the challenges of the digital transformation of HR, with a focus on new technology solutions for better personnel management. The new frontiers of Smart Working, Privacy and Cyber Security, 5G, Blockchain, and AI are just some of the many challenges organisations face on a daily basis for which a continuous updating of skills is required.
The course is for professionals with previous experience in Human Resources (HR) who wish to gain and consolidate digital transformation knowledge and skills, also with a view to improving the value of their skills in the Industry 5.0 labour market.
The interdisciplinary team of academics and professionals is composed of professors from the Departments of Economics and Education Sciences at the University of Roma Tre, managers from TIM and Randstad Italia and other important Italian and international companies.
