Now that working and studying have gone back to normal the TIM Academies are also ready to start new courses. The executive course by the Robotics Academy “Growing and living with robots: psychology, education and treatment in the time of social robots”, developed by TIM in partnership with the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, will begin on 30 September.
The Robotics Academy is one of TIM's Academies, the certified high-level training courses created together with leading universities and the most important players in the world of technological innovation on the key topics of innovation and technology: 5G, AI, Digital HR, Robotics, Cyborg Security, IoT, Quantum, Sustainability.
Social robots stand out for their ability to interact and communicate with humans and are increasingly present in daily life. Their use in education, support, treatment and rehabilitation requires the training of professionals with specific skills, able to plan targeted actions.
The course "Growing and living with robots: psychology, education and treatment in the time of social robots" is dedicated both to professionals in the world of education, social work and robotics, and to Bachelor and Master's degree graduates in robotics and humanities, psychology, pedagogy, and social work.
The course includes theoretical insights, practical applications and laboratory experiences and is held by professors from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and other universities, by experts from TIM and other companies in the sector.
