Telecom Italia and Seat Pagine Gialle are pleased to note the decision taken today by the Turin Court of Appeal, confirming approval of the resolution regarding the Seat-Tin.it merger adopted at the 4 July Seat PG Extraordinary General Meeting, and the consequent rejection of the appeal lodged by the Turin Prosecutors´ Office.
This decision is a crucial step towards completion of the Seat-Tin.it merger, a process leading to creation of one of the largest companies in the new economy, capable of competing with the market´s most significant players.
