Telecom Italia about the increasing of the Group´s property assets

The Board of Director of Telecom Italia, following today´s meeting, examined a project to increase the value of the Group´s property assets, the fulfilment of which has been assigned to the chairman.

The Chairman has also been given a mandate to call a shareholders´ assembly by he end of October in order to deliberate on the assembly regulations as well as the reassessment of the Group´s international sector, touched upon last July.
