Telecom Italia announces that its subsidiary 9Telecom, operating in the fixed telephony and the Internet, has today submitted to the Council for the French Financial Market (CMF) a Friendly Tender Offer to acquire 100% of Jet Multimedia. The offer price is Euro 83 per share, or a total value for Jet Multimedia of 887 million Euros.
