Telecom Italia announces that, it has chosen to utilize the option provided for by article 82, paragraph 2, of Consob resolution no. 11971/99, to publish the draft annual report for the Telecom Italia Group before 31 March 2001, instead of publishing a separate quarterly report for the period October-December 2000.
