In relation to the article published today in the newspaper "La Republica", entitled "Seat, la Procura di Torino indaga sui conti Telecom" (Seat, the Turin public Prosecutor investigates Telecom Italia accounts), Telecom Italia declares that neither its Board members nor its Executives have received any form of communication regarding a possible investigation sited by the article in question.
