Telecom Italia: suits for libel and damages against G. Pons of ''La Repubblica'' and G. Negri of ''Libero''

The Telecom Italia Group, Roberto Colaninno and Lorenzo Pellicioli have instructed their lawyers to file suits for libel and appropriate damages against the journalists Giovanni Pons of La Repubblica, for the article entitled "Svizzera, Madeira e Lussemburgo, un valzer di fusioni e plusvalenze" that appeared in today´s issue, and Giovanni Negri of Libero, for the article entitled "La sinistra non è più in linea", again in today´s issue.
