Joint Press release: reached the agreement for the sale of Telecom Italia Group' s stake in Auna

Telecom Italia, Endesa, Unión Fenosa and SCH have today reached an agreement, subject to customary corporate and regulatory approvals, by which Telecom Italia group is selling its 26.89 per cent. stake in Spanish telecommunications operator Auna Operadores de Telecomunicaciones, S.A. (´Auna´).

Telecom Italia is divesting its shareholding at a cash price of €2 billion, representing a total equity value of Auna of €7.437 billion.
