Telecom Italia: The operation for the acquisition of an 86% stake in Epiclink concluded

Telecom Italia, having received approval from the Antitrust Authority, today acquired 86% of EPIClink S.p.A. for 60.2 million euros. The interest is being purchased from Edisontel SpA (30.3%), Pirelli SpA (25.3%), IntesaBci SpA (20%), E_voluzione (8%) and Camozzi Holding (2.4%).

Following today´s operation EPIClink shareholders are: Telecom Italia 86%, Pirelli 5%, IntesaBci 5%, Camozzi 2%, E-voluzione 2%.
