Finsiel, the Telecom Italia Group “Information Technology Mercato” Business Unit announces that the sale the 40.41% stake in Informatica Trentina was finalized today.
As announced on 10 July, the sale price for 8,081 shares is approximately 8.7 million euros, with a capital gain in the Telecom Italia consolidated balance sheet of 4 million euros.
Informatica Trentina has been acquired by DeDa Srl, a company owned by Deltadator SpA. (Sequenza Group).
