Telecom Italia: 100% HanseNet equity acquisition from e.Biscom implemented

Telecom Italia announces that having received the go-ahead from the competent authorities, the contract regarding acquisition of a 100% stake in Hamburg broadband company HanseNet Telekommunikation Gmbh from e.BISCOM is being implemented from today, under the terms and conditions announced on 29 July.
