Telecom Italia: Disposal of 80.1% stake in ATESIA to the COS Group completed

After receiving the go-ahead from the Italian Competition Authority, Telecom Italia wishes to announce that today saw the completion of a deal regarding the disposal of an 80.1% stake in the equity of Atesia S.p.A.. Announced initially on July 2, 2004, the deal is with the Cos Group.
