NEW LUNA ROSSA CHALLENGE 2007 BOARD MEETS

Milan , July 28, 2005 – The Luna Rossa Challenge 2007 S.l. shareholders' meeting confirmed that Telecom Italia has joined the company (51%-owned by Prada, 49%-owned by Telecom Italia). Together with the Italian Yacht Club, the company is leading Italy 's challenge for the 32 nd America 's Cup.
At the meeting, Telecom Italia CEO Carlo Buora was appointed Chairman. Prada Group Chairman Patrizio Bertelli was appointed Head of Syndicate.
The Company Board of Directors subsequently met and made appointments to the remaining company positions:
