For Telecom Italia 152 million euro for the Campionati di Calcio 2006/2007 and 2007/2008
SKY and Telecom Italia have signed a 2-year agreement which entails the transfer by Telecom Italia to SKY of the satellite rights for the home games of Fiorentina, Palermo, Sampdoria, Parma and Catania for the 2006/2007 and 2007/2008 Championships for over 76 million euro a year. The agreement will be extended to other teams next season.
As a result of this agreement, SKY will offer its subscribers the entire Campionato di Serie A TIM starting from next week end including the Catania-Atalanta and Parma-Milan matches scheduled for Sunday September 17th.
