In view of the prospective hypothesized changes in the Company’s shareholder structure and of the possible consequences for the Group’s assets and industrial strategies, Telecom Italia has mandated Merrill Lynch and Société Générale to evaluate the various strategic options in the interests of the Company and all its shareholders.
