Telecom Italia: Board of Directors of TIM Participações S.A

The Board of Directors of TIM Participações S.A met today and appointed Gabriele Galateri di Genola its chairman, replacing Giorgio della Seta Ferrari Corbelli Greco.

The appointment of Gabriele Galateri di Genola, who assumes all the powers of the outgoing chairman, will take immediate effect.

The management of operations remains under the CEO Mario Caesar Pereira de Araujo.
