Telecom Italia: Stefano Cao resigned from the Board of Director

Telecom Italia announces that today Stefano Cao resigned from the Board of Directors of Telecom Italia with immediate effect, following the finalization of the agreement between Telco and Sintonia which ratifies the exit of Sintonia from Telco shareholding structure.

 Mr Cao has been a Board Member of Telecom Italia (not qualified as executive or independent) since 27 February 2009 (date of co-optation) and member of the Executive Committee since 7 May 2009.
