Telecom Italia informs that, as part of the proceedings under which TI Sparkle is being investigated according to Legislative Decree n.231/2001, the Rome Public Prosecutors Office, further to the petition that illustrated the measure adopted by TI Sparkle as a result of the investigation, has overturned the request to the Preliminary Hearing Judge for the application of the precautionary measure of the nomination of a commissioner (commissario giudiziale), formerly advanced.
