Telecom Italia informs that it has received a letter of resignation of his directorship from Professor Francesco Profumo, due to incompatibility with his new position as Minister for Education, University and Research.
Professor Profumo was appointed Independent Director by Telecom Italia’s Shareholders’ Meeting of 12 April 2011. He also was a member of the Committee for Appointments and Remuneration.
Telecom Italia thanks Professor Profumo for his valuable and authoritative contribution and wishes him all the best in his new important role.
