The Company hereby informs that Mr. Luca Luciani, executive of Telecom Italia S.p.A. and CEO of Tim Brasil (controlled by Telecom Italia) has resigned, giving up all his mandates in the Group’s companies.
Tim Brasil’s Board of Directors will meet soon to entrust the interim to Andrea Mangoni, CFO of Telecom Italia.
