Telecom Italia has announced that Sabrina Bruno has resigned her position as Effective Auditor of the company due to personal reasons.
In conformity with the law and company bylaws she will be replaced by an alternate auditor selected from the same minority list (presented by a number of Italian and foreign asset management companies) from which she was elected prior to the Shareholders' Meeting of 15 May 2012. This is Roberto Capone, registered auditor and accountant in Milan, who will remain in office until the next available Shareholders' Meeting, bearing in mind that it is now too late to amend the order of business for the meeting already called for 18 October 2012.
