Upon Consob request, Telecom Italia clarifies that preliminary contacts have taken place with Hutchison Whampoa Group to study a possible integration with 3 Italia. The contacts are in such immature and preliminary status that the Company cannot further comment on the news.
The topic will be discussed by the Board of Directors in the meeting scheduled on April 11th 2013.
