Telecom Italia announces to have sold the building owned in via Negri 1, Milan, to Fondo Inarcassa RE for 75 million euros.
The building, located in a highly prestigious zone of the city centre, very close to Piazza Affari and the Duomo, offers 6 floors above ground and a basement floor, for a gross usable area of 11,600 square metres.
The building, comprehensively renovated in 2007, hosts, primarily, offices and a telephone exchange on the ground floor and basement.
Together with the deed of sale, Telecom Italia signed a long term rental contract, the building will remain the Milan headquarters of the Company.
