Telecom Italia announces that Antonino (Nino) Cusimano, General Counsel and Executive Vice President Legal Affairs, will leave the Group in September 2016. Nino will assume a new role as Group General Counsel for a major multinational company, outside of Italy.
We would like to extend to Nino our gratitude for his leadership, professional approach and good judgement in dealing with the Group’s complex corporate and legal matters during his tenure. As of today Nino does not hold shares in the Company.
