Regarding today's decision by the Italian Competition Authority to extend the scope of the investigation opened on 28 June last, TIM reiterates the correctness of its conduct, and is confident it will be able to demonstrate this as the investigation proceeds.
TIM will continue to collaborate with the Authority to demonstrate that it has not been involved in any alleged unlawful act.
