With reference to media coverage on possible negotiations concerning Fulvio Conti moving on to the chairmanship of Open Fiber, TIM’s Chairman categorically denies this reconstruction.
The positive outcome of TIM’s AGM on 29 March strengthens the Company’s present Board of Directors and clearly its Chairman in their actions in TIM’s interest for the entire duration of the mandate.
