The LFactor project has been launched, a training course concerning leadership in its universal value, to help today’s managers become the new leaders of tomorrow.
It is a collective project that was conceived during the lock-down period, at a historic time of transition and major change, during which 12 major companies - Aci Informatica, Agos, Banca Ifis, Cisco, Danone, Eni, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Microsoft, RDS 100% Grandi Successi, TIM and TIM Brasil - came together to discuss what could be done to train their managers and guide them in the management of the leadership in the near future. A future during which it will be essential to combine critical vision and listening and where a rapid response will be needed to the evolution of external dynamics coupled with an interception of the changes in people's needs and the social-economic context. It is above all in this period of widespread uncertainty and suffering that leaders are called to give their best in supporting their teams.
The result yielded an e-learning course for the partner companies which, starting 2021, will be made available free of charge to all the companies concerned.
The course is intended for those who already hold or are set to hold a leadership position and manage complex situations; it is dedicated to the soft, yet strategic, assets of people, time and performance management. In 2 hours of course, the main topics of freedom, authenticity, trust and performance are addressed, essential to ensure the best response to the new, smarter ways of working and the challenges to be faced in the future.
