The index measures brands’ level of inclusion by verifying their real commitment to inclusion and diversity, aspects which are increasingly important in customers' purchasing decisions.

Inclusion for us means helping to create an environment where no-one is left behind. It means generating value in an active and living community, composed of TIM people, where individuals meet and reinvent themselves day after day, producing innovation and attracting talent. It means valorising the contribution and uniqueness of every single person as an essential value for society and for the company. It means making room for every type of diversity and choosing customised paths of inclusion”.
