TIM S.p.A. announces that the independent director Lucia Morselli, Chairwoman of the Related Parties Committee and member of the Control and Risk Committee, has resigned effective as yesterday.
Her resignation is due to increased undertakings that will prevent her from showing the same level of commitment to the TIM Group she has demonstrated until now.
As of today, Miss Morselli does not hold shares in TIM.
