TIM informs that Elisabetta Romano has been appointed Chairman of Sparkle, the Group's global operator, the first international service provider in Italy and among the top worldwide.
The Group wishes Elisabetta Romano, TIM's Chief Network Operations & Wholesale Officer, all the best for her new role. CEO Enrico Maria Bagnasco continues to lead Sparkle with the powers conferred on him at his appointment last November.
The new appointment comes following the resignation of Alessandro Pansa, who has decided to leave his role as President of Sparkle and Tesly in order to better focus on his new position as a member of TIM's Board of Directors. The Company thanks Alessandro Pansa most sincerely for the work he has done over the years and wishes him all the best for his renewed commitment to the parent company's Board.
