TIM announces that it has received from the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and Retelit, a company controlled by the Asterion fund, the binding offer for the acquisition of Sparkle. The proposal confirms an enterprise value of 700 million euros for Sparkle and will be effective until 27 January.
The offer is subject to customary conditions for transactions of this nature and to the completion of the financing process.
TIM will start the relevant evaluation and decision-making process as soon as possible.
