TIM, at the end of a transformation process that last July 1 resulted in the closing of the sale of NetCo and to further strengthen TIM Enterprise, announces the following new Group organizational arrangements.
- In order to enhance the development of the ICT services business for the market served by TIM Enterprise and in order to strengthen the integrated Group-wide governance and coordination of Information Technology, the Chief IT Group Office, reporting to the CEO, and Information Technology function, reporting to Elio Schiavo, Chief Enterprise and Innovative Solutions Officer, are established and assigned to Roberto Mazzilli.
- The activities of the Chief Regulatory Affairs Office in legal & tax areas converge into the Legal, Regulatory & Tax function, headed by Agostino Nuzzolo.
- A new International Affairs and Business Initiatives function is created in the Chief Public Affairs & Security Office, assigned to Eugenio Santagata on an interim basis. Consequently, the office is renamed to Chief National and International Public Affairs & Security Office.
In regard to the new role assigned to him, Roberto Mazzilli, who owns 219,605 TIM ordinary shares, qualifies as a 'key manager' of the Group.
