The TIM Group is entering the utility market and launching TIM Energia, the electricity offer designed to meet the consumption needs of business owners, professionals and small and medium-sized companies.
TIM Energia was created through a strategic partnership with supplier Axpo Italia S.p.A., a company part of the Swiss Axpo Group, operating in 40 international markets and with over 100 years of experience in developing innovative energy solutions to enable a sustainable future. SMEs and professionals who sign up for TIM Energia will have access to a reliable, simple and advantageous energy offer, with energy 100% certified as coming from renewable sources thanks to the Guarantees of Origin of the Energy Services Manager.
The initiative is one more component of the TIM Group’s ‘Customer Platform’ strategy, directed towards offering its customers increasingly advanced services with greater added value: as of today, TIM will also support companies in their sustainable energy consumption decisions, as well as in the process of digital transformation through the most innovative solutions in connectivity, artificial intelligence, cloud, cybersecurity and the IoT.
Companies can choose between the Flex offer, with an indexed price that follows market trends to guarantee maximum flexibility, or the Fix offer, with a fixed price for 24 months and ideal for those who want greater stability and protection from market fluctuations. For the launch of the service, TIM Energia customers will be offered an exclusive benefit, with a discount of 50 euros per year on their bill.
