Infrastrutture Wireless Italiane (INWIT), announces that Mr Venanzio Iacozzilli - non-Executive Director who holds no Company shares - today resigned from the office of Director of the Company for professional reasons.
The Company thanks Mr Iacozzilli for his contribution to the Company's activities since its establishment.
