TIM considers today's decision by the Italian Competition Authority on both the merit and quantification of the fine to be entirely groundless, also given the effective collaboration the company has demonstrated throughout the whole process of the case, welcoming the suggestions made by the Authority.
The decision is harmful and detrimental to the image and interests of TIM and will therefore be challenged before the Regional Administrative Court of Rome.
