For the fifth year running, TIM is confirmed as one of the TOP 20 most inclusive Italian companies according to the 2022 Diversity Brand Index — research conducted by the non-profit organisation Diversity and the consulting firm Focus Management.
The index, which is presented during the fifth edition of the Diversity Brand Summit, assesses brands on their tangible commitment to inclusion and diversity, increasingly important factors in customer purchasing decisions and in attracting and nurturing talent.
Including and valuing diversity is a great opportunity to improve personal and social well-being, inside and outside of companies. It also helps to unleash value. In fact, there is a deep and positive relationship between inclusion and business performance. The people who feel most included and those who have the greatest capacity to include others are the ones who perform the best.
