TIM receives the "Opensignal Award" that confirms the excellence of the company's mobile network infrastructure and the quality of the user experience it offers to its customers, as certified by the recent report[i] "Italy: Mobile Network Experience".
During an event today in Milan, Brendan Gill, CEO of Opensignal handed out the award to TIM’s CEO TIM Luigi Gubitosi.
Opensignal, the independent global standard for measuring real-world mobile network experience, has awarded TIM a special award for achieving the highest results on the Italian market in the 1st quarter of 2019 in the categories 'Download Speed Experience', 'Video Experience', 'Upload Speed Experience' and 'Latency Experience' (response time to a request made on the web).
