4W4I, the marathon event dedicated to inclusion conceived by TIM in 2020, is back. This year will see the participation of 400 partners, including companies, universities, associations and non-profit organisations hosting events that will be open to all, which can also be accessed through the new 4W4I App through podcasts and streaming.
It starts on 12 October with the event "Anatomia dell'Inclusione" (Anatomy of Inclusion) - with the participation of well-known faces from social media, activism and journalism such as Carlotta Bertotti, Valentina Tomirotti, Francesco Murano, Dennis Murano, Sara and Alessia Michielon, and Dalila Bagnuli - and will go on every day until 14 November.
TIM will lead two events dedicated to gender equality, a necessary goal which we are working on both by balancing our organisation and the composition of the Boards of Directors of the companies in our Group, and with activities to stimulate a broader change in the company, unmasking stereotypes and thinking outside of the box.
On 25 October at 12.00 p.m. the theme will be explored further with a focus on the world of work. Women Plus, the new app that will make it easier for women to see what jobs are available and that will offer training, mentoring and motivational talks, will be the focus of an ad hoc event which will allow people to learn more about this project and the features of the new platform. The app will be presented by Fabi Saad, entrepreneur and founder of Mulheres Positivas in Brazil, whose experience contributed greatly to Women Plus.
On 10 November at 4 p.m. the collaboration between TIM shops and DonneXStrada will be explored in depth with Laura De Dilectis, founder of DonneXStrada, who will talk about the birth and meaning of the Punti Viola - safe spaces for women to turn to when they are afraid.
