After the first event in Rome, E se cambiassi prospettiva? (What if you changed your perspective?), the series of live meetings led by Azzurra Rinaldi — economist, writer and co-founder of Equonomics, a company aiming at gender rebalancing — stopped in Milan.
The awareness-raising and discussion project dedicated to TIM people tackles the issues of gender bias and the gender gap from several angles, touching on even less explored aspects.
As usual, this meeting opened with a question to get the debate started. Today's question was, "What are the first words that come to your mind when I say, ‘stereotype’?", a prompt that sparked many thoughts. Azzurra Rinaldi, together with her guests for today, Alessia Dulbecco, educator and author; Tiziana Rapallini, Chief Products and Services Officer at Olivetti; Tommaso Bonacorsi, Head of Enterprise Offer Go to Market management at TIM; and other colleagues, used data and empirical evidence to address the issue of gender stereotypes from early childhood through to adolescence and adulthood.
E se cambiassi prospettiva? meetings are open to all TIM people and can also be enjoyed remotely, either via streaming or on demand. They are part of Women Empowerment, a broad plan that consists of numerous projects and initiatives, from training and mentoring courses to events, scholarships and contests.
