The first onboarding event for new employees who joined the TIM Group between January and July 2023 took place in Rome on 4 October. We focused on their creativity, innovation and networking skills. Using "movietelling", an engagement and networking method, the new recruits made videos and music tracks to show their views of TIM's future. A networking day to get to know each other, meet managers, share the Group's vision and values. The Group's CEO, Pietro Labriola, was also there.
He asked the employees to be the bearers of change in the company by thinking outside the box. Paolo Chiriotti, the Human Resources Director, and his team also took part with some top managers who shared their personal and professional experiences. In the weeks leading up to the event, the new employees also participated in moments of knowledge and orientation in the company context and dynamics, integration to make their assimilation into the team and, more generally, the work environment easier, and engagement.
Through real webinars, they also delved into TIM's organisational structure, process approach and the world of corporate compliance. They joined their colleagues from the Operations, Retail and Customer Care departments, familiarised themselves with initiatives for including and promoting diversity within the TIM Group, and took a real journey through past and future innovation, starting with the story of the birth of telecommunications and mobile radio and ending with artificial intelligence, 5G and IoT. TIM is always looking for young talent, women and men ready to get involved and work together to build the future of our Group and the digitalisation of Italy.
