From 22 to 28 March, Telecom Italia will be present at CeBit 2001 in Hanover. The world´s largest ICT trade show is attended by 8,000 exhibitors from 70 countries, and is forecast to attract more than 800,000 visitors.
In order to raise the profile of its core values of global reach and innovation, the Telecom Italia stand (hall 25/B78) presents the entire Group in all areas of its specific activities, and highlights the most innovative and internationally-focused aspects.
The stand will incorporate the Group´s seven Business Units: Mobile Services (TIM), Wireline Services, Internet, TI Lab, Satellite Services, IT Telecom, International Operations (IOP), and TMI - TeleMedia International, the Telecom Italia Group´s global solution provider.
The objective is to present the Telecom Italia Group as an ICT operator capable of competing with the world´s top operators and brand leaders, through innovation and advanced technology in products and services spanning the entire Telecommunications spectrum.
The exhibition space, divided into three separate zones, all of which share an interactive multimedia approach, has been created by internationally-renowned Italian designers.
Conceived by Studio De Lucchi, the stand integrates contributions from the Studio Azzurro experimental and artistic video production center, and features a re-edition of works produced in the ´90s for STET by leading contemporary painter Mario Schifano.
