TIM’s new, completely refurbished, website is now online, new in graphical layout and content. www.tim.it is richer in information and easier to use than its predecessor, and provides all the offers of products and services for TIM’s clients, including customer service.
The new graphical layout, which has been optimized for tablets and Smartphones, was created with the aim of highlighting the latest commercial offers and allows users to swiftly access, thanks to drop down menus, the content that interests them and allow access to the client area from any page.
Other novelties is the “Wishlist” tool allowing users to save the offers that interest them, the “Buy Product” tool to compare the characteristics of Smartphones, tablets and keys, and the “Search Shop” which automatically locates where the user has connected from, allowing them to pinpoint the closest retailer. Furthermore finding out about the costs, the coverage and the offers for abroad is easy thanks to the interactive map.
The site also opens up to the world of Social Networks: on the new ViviTIM site users can follow TIM’s activities on Facebook and Twitter and share their favourite products and offers with their friends.
